Send Purchase Order Screen

Use this screen to print, email, and save a purchase order as a PDF file. This screen also allows you to print part labels.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Save purchase order as PDF	Select this option to create a PDF of the purchase order and save it to a folder. Enter the folder location in the field.
Search (icon)	This saves the PDF and allows you to browse for a folder location.
Print purchase order	When selected, the printer droplist allows you to select a printer that is installed on your machine. The default printer is set up in the Machines Settings screen. Use the up or down arrows to select the number of printed copies. A number can also be entered in this field.
(installed printers droplist)	Select an installed printer from this droplist.
Print part labels	Select this option to print part labels. This option opens the Print Part Labels screen.
(print part label quantity)	Use the up or down arrows to select the number of labels to print. A number can also be entered in this field.
(installed printers droplist)	Select an installed printer from this droplist to print the parts labels.
Send Email notification to	Select this option to send by email. Enter one or more email addresses in this field. Use a comma after each email address when entering multiple email addresses in one field. Each field creates a separate email message.
(attachments pane)	This pane displays workfile attachments. Select one or more attachments to send with the purchase order. Mousing over an image displays a larger image in the screen. Selected attachments appear with a blue border.
Selected Attachments	The number of selected attachments with the purchase order.
OK	This executes the send notification method.
Cancel	Selecting this option discards your changes and closes the screen.
